Dr. Ratner was awarded her doctorate in audiology from the top graduate audiology program in the country, Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. She has worked as a research assistant in the Dan Maddox Hearing Aid Research Laboratory at Vanderbilt University, and she completed her externship at the renowned Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Dr. Ratner went on to work at a private practice in Manhattan prior to joining our staff. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and a fellow of the Tinnitus Practitioners Association. She has a strong background in diagnostic testing, fitting and verification of hearing aids, counseling and orientation and auditory rehabilitation. As a music lover and former musician, she enjoys meeting the unique needs of musicians with hearing loss. In 2017, she was awarded the Rising Stars Top 40 Under 40 award from the Business Council of Westchester.

Dr. Dold is a White Plains native who received her doctorate from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and completed her residency with Audiology Associates of Westchester. While at Vanderbilt, she worked as a research assistant in a collaboration between the Hearing and Communication Research Lab and Listening and Learning Lab examining listening-related fatigue. She was also awarded a T-35 Traineeship from the NIH and was subsequently published and completed a traineeship with the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs. In 2024, she was awarded the Rising Stars Top 40 Under 40 Award from the Business Council of Westchester.
Dr. Dold runs the practice’s clinical education program for Audiology students in training. Her areas of expertise include comprehensive diagnostic testing, counseling, and orientation, fitting and verification of hearing aids, testing for cochlear implant candidacy, activation and programming of cochlear implants, tinnitus testing and treatment, cerumen removal, and auditory rehabilitation. She has worked with special populations including veterans, individuals with disabilities, and D/deaf individuals. She is highly proficient in American Sign Language and holds a New York State license in Audiology, is accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology.

Jenna M. Elias received her Doctor of Audiology degree at the University of Florida and her master’s degree at Hofstra University. She is licensed in New York State as an audiologist and hearing aid dispenser. Dr. Elias worked in various clinical settings including a large ENT practice and Bellevue Hospital in New York City prior to joining the Audiology Associates of Westchester team. Dr. Elias is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and Sigma Pi honor society. She has extensive training in hearing aid dispensing and diagnostic audiology.

Dr. Kira Savin specializes in providing personalized hearing solutions using the latest and most discreet technology available, including the Lyric® invisible extended-wear hearing device. Dr. Savin's areas of expertise include hearing rehabilitation, auditory counseling and retraining therapy, tinnitus management, and dispensing hearing aids and assistive listening technologies for adults. She holds a New York State license in audiology, as well as hearing aid dispensing. She has been accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Savin completed her residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. She previously worked at a private practice in New York City where she dispensed hearing aids and provided hearing care solutions, including customized musicians’ devices for all populations.
Jennifer Tarlton joined Audiology Associates of Westchester in December 2022. She brings a multi-faceted knowledge in both management and administrative support fields. Jennifer provides the practice with financial, insurance administration and personnel management. She is charged with onboarding the new employees and ensuring the staff has what they need to provide the care and attention for all the patients. Jennifer also assists in establishing efficient and effective systems and processes, which result in patient satisfaction, employee and provider engagement and strong financial performance. Jennifer was drawn to a career in healthcare because both of her parents had successful and satisfying careers within the medical and mental healthcare industry. She is dedicated to bringing her knowledge and skills to a practice that truly enhances and makes a difference in its patients' lives.

Alicia is a cornerstone of our audiology practice, serving with dedication and expertise as both the Front Office Manager and Billing Manager. With a remarkable career spanning nearly four decades in the medical field, Alicia joined our team a decade ago and has since played a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run seamlessly.
Since embarking on her medical career in 1985, Alicia has accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge that enriches her dual roles within our practice. As the Front Office Manager, she warmly welcomes patients with a reassuring smile, coordinates appointments effortlessly, and ensures a hospitable environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Her attention to detail and organizational skills guarantee that every patient receives prompt and courteous service.
In her capacity as Billing Manager, Alicia meticulously oversees all financial aspects of our practice. Her precision ensures accurate billing processes, transparent financial communications, and effective management of insurance claims. Alicia's deep understanding of medical billing procedures and her commitment to efficiency contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our practice.

Christine Montanez has two decades of dedicated service in healthcare credentialing and administration; she has amassed a wealth of expertise in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in medical credentialing processes. Beginning her career as a meticulous credentialing specialist, she has honed her skills in verifying qualifications, licenses, and certifications essential for healthcare professionals.
Driven by a passion for enhancing patient care through seamless administrative processes, she recently transitioned into the role of Patient Intake Coordinator. In this capacity, she’s able to bring extensive experience to streamline the intake process, optimize patient scheduling, and enhance overall patient experience.
Hazel Icaza is a Patient Care Coordinator here at Audiology Associates of Westchester who strives to help our patients and meet their needs. With over 6+ years of experience in the healthcare field, she is continuing to grow her knowledge in the counseling and social work field.
